Precautions for using the round bar machine

1. Before use, the grounding wire should be connected first, and the insulation of the wires, plugs, and sockets should be checked for integrity. It is strictly prohibited to use oil or wet hands to work on the polishing machine to avoid electric shock and injury.

2. Before operation, conduct a safety check on the woodworking round bar machine, let the round bar machine idle, check whether the thousand blade wheel, hemp wheel, or cloth wheel is fastened to the motor connecting rod, and confirm that it is normal before it can start working. The power cord of the round bar machine shall not be changed without permission, and the power cord of the round bar machine shall not exceed 3 meters in length; The protective cover of the round bar machine is damaged and cannot be used. It is prohibited to remove the protective cover and polish the workpiece;
5. Wearing gloves during use is prohibited. Wear work clothes, which should fit well, with tight cuffs and no damage. Wear protective equipment during work and do not wear a scarf. Women’s hair braids should be tied inside their hats. When polishing, the workpiece should be held firmly and the force should be appropriate. If necessary, install brackets to prevent the workpiece from falling off and injuring people.
6. When replacing a thousand blade wheel, hemp wheel, or cloth wheel, the power should be turned off. After the replacement is completed, it is necessary to check whether the cutting process is normal and confirm that it is normal before operation.
7. If any abnormalities are found in the round bar machine during work, the power should be immediately cut off, and the components should be repaired or replaced.
8. After the work is completed, cut off the power supply of the round bar machine and clean the work site. (Clean the surface of the round bar machine once per shift). Regularly conduct insulation telemetry.
